Who We Are

We’re Caleb and Jake — the co-founders of SideStage and longtime friends with a shared love for music, creativity, and helping people chase what they’re made for.

Our artist management company was born out of multiple late-night conversations and the drive to help emerging talent breakthrough. We’re not some big corporate machine—we’re hands-on, passionate, and fully invested in the artists we work with.

Whether it’s helping shape a brand, book shows, or build long-term strategies, we’re here to support creatives every step of the way. Music is personal to us, and so is our approach.

Meet The Team

Co-Founder
Caleb is a Nashville-based creative and strategist currently pursuing a double major in Marketing and Management at Belmont University. As a co-founder of SideStage, he brings a sharp business mindset, a deep understanding of the artist landscape, and a passion for helping creatives grow sustainably.
With experience in branding, content strategy, and artist development, Caleb focuses on building systems that support independent artists and make their careers feel not just possible — but powerful. His background blends entrepreneurial energy with real-world execution, giving SideStage both structure and spirit.

Jake is a Florida-born, Nashville-based drummer, performer, and entrepreneur currently studying Music Business at Belmont University. As co-founder of SideStage, and with over 15 years of drumming experience—including performances in front of thousands—Jake brings a unique perspective that resonates with artists and clients alike.
Having spent years in the artist’s seat, he understands the challenges and pressures that come with a career in music. His mission is to make that journey more navigable, empowering artists with the tools, support, and insight they need to succeed.
